Check my diet. Even though it's not the root cause of feeling down, changing the conditions that put me there will take a fully energized body. I spend a couple of days avoiding sugars--reducing carbs in general--detoxing by drinking large quantities of water (or alternate water and home-brewed and unsweetened iced tea), and treat myself to a nice steak dinner.

Diet and exercise does have a tremendous effect on the mind. I find tons of fruit, water, and light meals (with the occasional treat like steak) help to some degree.
I tend to watch more tv though.

Decided to put this in this thread because, well, life just really kinda sucks.
So I made the mistake of signing up on some website, I have no idea which, but now my spam folder is stuffed with 500+ emails. I made the mistake of looking through the folder. There are a lot of women out there who would like to know if I want to be their fuck buddy. Asian women, Ukrainian women, Czech women, all kinds of women. That would be really depressing except there are nearly as many people who want to help me with my small penis problem. What is really depressing is how many people think I have a small penis problem.
