Tracy's HackMoor(v4) 2017/01/26 - New Recruits (T1)
Games are on Thursday nights sometime after 5:30PM at World's Best Comics, 9714 Warwick Blvd Newport News, Virginia 23601.

The earliest player took the task of ordering pizza and got Sausage and Green Peppers which was refused by one of the Players due to aversion to Green Peppers. (Which is tit for tat, since the one placing the order refuses Pepperoni.) To compensate the Player with the Green Pepper phobia was given an MRE Menu Item #23.

This is still fresh in my mind so I should not have problems recalling last night. I started out by warning one of the players there is a campaign ending encounter on this level (err ... plane of existence). That being said ...

The players started out from the lair of the Subterranean Masticators and moved down the next hall, ignoring the multi-colored circular gate.

The first encounter was another smarter (and smaller, only 8 feet in diameter) Jaundiced Grappler, who negotiated with the party to join by promising to aid the party.

The next hurdle was a Dun Pudding, that Elefus easily conquered. The Players then realized it is late in their timeline and they need to get some sleep and restore spells. They camped out in the first room they found with a door. Whereas their next encounter occurs two hours later when another Grey Ooze tries to slip through underneath the two inch crack of the stone door. Jacko regardless of the alignment hit, having a pair of newly found gems to fit into his Orb of Abyssal Death, used it to summon a Type II Demon (yes I'm using the old annotation for you Original AD&D folks). According to the Orb, he can do this three times a day.

The demon could only be hit by magical weapons so demon simply ate the Gray Ooze as snack. Then it was instructed to stand guard outside the door. (Elefus was told to look the other way when the demon was summoned so he wouldn't find out.)

The Demon got more slimy snacks out of two Ochre Jellies that tried to slither in during the night. Jacko of course, got singular experience points in his sleep because it was his summoning that defeated the monsters.

Early in the (relative) Morning, a Pan-Dimensional Rover that simply gated in and tried to pick something out of Huang's Bag of Holding. There was much fuss (because of my poor accounting of the contents of the bag) the creature got away with one item of note (Huang's Luckstone) before it was chased away by Jacko (who had to wake up).

Refreshed but uncomfortable, the rest of the Party woke up a half hour later.

Then they muck about for a couple more rooms and meet this poor sap of a farm boy named "Junor" that had managed to survive being "sacrificed" down here. He was wearing makeshift armor and could throw "fireballs" out of greasy wads of stuff that he lit with a lamp (that he always kept lit).

Addendum: Junor also joined the party.

After several more empty rooms of little note except another gate to another nexus, they recrossed the same entry point that they started on and began to explore the other side of it. A few more rooms, and voila, just before game quittin' time, they heard the sound of thundering hooves approaching from behind the party.
