So. 1) Apparently it's Am7, not C6; 2) I go back to the local guitar store to pick up a stand, ukulele case (instead of a tote), extra string (because it's always good to have), and end up also getting this

A week ago I had no instruments; today I have 2. Couldn't help myself. It's pretty and was cheap, as used instruments tend to be. Fortunately for my wallet, the store didn't have any autoharps. Still, it looks like the niece and nephew are getting a giant sack of nothing for christmas.

Ukuleles are fun. C, G, Am, F get you through a ton of songs. I've heard really good things about Kala. What sizes are they?

Those are my babies. The blue is my soprano plastic travel uke, the banjolele is concert and has a broken piece in one of the nuts so it rattles a bit, baritone bass uke and the prized possession is the electric/acoustic tenor in the middle.
Bah, it won't allow me to attach an mp3. I recorded me playing something and plugged it into Discord.

E blows chunks. Took me forever and it's still not a quick change. I often use a modified E that's easier and sounds pretty close. [attachment=116]
After awhile the real E comes but it's one of the hardest if not the hardest one to get IMO.
Neat thing about Ukulele chords though is if you pick up a guitar, while they are different chords, you can play the bottom four strings just like you would a Uke and look like you know guitar.
