Finally dug down and used Akeeba to move a Joomla site. Not seamless as I had to tinker with the database a bit manually, but not bad other than some plugin (system) that blocked access to admin......
Now, editing and securing the darn thing.
Apparently CMSs are reputated.... er... reputed... to be easy to hack. I want to secure this bugger down as the next one I transfer is government and that one has been hacked before.
Also, trying to figure out this selling domains game.
Python though, throws me for a 'loop.'
