Running a campaign with BlueHolme (plus Bells & Whistles) in the Lands of Igpay. Currently in the third adventure entitled Tentacles!! Really?!
Main bells and whistles:
HP Kicker, roll to cast spells ala Chainmail, attribute*4 for avoidance and test rolls in %, a d12 table for Fighters that allows you to mechanically modify your Fighting-Man into different styles (Ranger, Savage, Paladin, etc), Aardvarkian (all of whom have died).....
