Can you split Sata cables (and functionally use them)?
eg. MLB has only two sata ports, one drive runs freenas (yeah, could use a usb drive but I didn't and I don't want to redo it) and the other is the data drive. The case can fit numerous drives.... If I want more data, I'd like to just plug in more drives as I have a plethora of drives to use, just no MLBs that can handle them.
