I recently acquired a stability/exercise ball. I got it to perform some specific exercises although I'm not sold on it yet.
I have noticed an increase in clients who have removed chairs at home and replaced them with these balls. Specifically elderly people.
I decided to try it mostly because my workstation is too low for all my chairs and I end up hunching over and the ball is almost low enough.
Here's an article about such usage at work.
Thoughts?
