Check my diet. Even though it's not the root cause of feeling down, changing the conditions that put me there will take a fully energized body. I spend a couple of days avoiding sugars--reducing carbs in general--detoxing by drinking large quantities of water (or alternate water and home-brewed and unsweetened iced tea), and treat myself to a nice steak dinner.
