Oh man. This old thread. Fun anecdote: Amazon pissed off my sister so badly that she cancelled all her Subscribe-n-Saves, Amazon Prime account, etc. Other than her Kindle, in which she has invested over $1000 in ebooks, which she never downloaded to offline storage, she is so done with Amazon that within a week of the inciting incident all of the Alexas were replaced with Hey Googles.
