Where We Go From Here Part II

Axton attacks; his barbaric tone a feint for a more calculated defend and strike tactic. As our opponent...

D&D5e Session 5

I believe this was session five. I missed the last session which left the rest of the party either dead or unconscious - as well as terrified of some local ruffians.

Where We Go From Here Part I

The frog ate him. Can you believe it?

Tracy's HackMoor Campaign 2015/03/03

If you are seeing this for the first time you have been interjected midstream in a HackMaster campaign that has been going on for many years. (Characters listed at bottom.)

Please be careful of the date of the subject line, I may choose from time to time to backfill earlier dated sessions but I do not believe blogs sort by subject line and you may find yourself going backwards in time.

Kickstarter: The good, the bad and the unsuccessful.

I found kickstarter a year and a half ago. Since then I’ve backed 45 projects.
Of those 45, 2 were canceled prematurely, 4 were unsuccessful, 37 went through and 2 are currently still active.

[Brick] Laker Ice @ 5.5% (Ontario, Canada) 473ml Can

This rusty coloured ice-filtered lager has a little more flavour than it's cold-filtered brother. It pours frothy but with no staying power in the head department. It's syrupy scent is much milder than it's brother as well.

Laker Ice startles your tongue and then melts away leaving you wondering if you indeed had a drink or if you haven't started yet. With a fairly solid amount of carbonation it still feels heavy and heady all at the same time. There isn't much aftertaste at first however it does start to grow with skunky ambition in the back of your mouth.

New monsters added at the forum, . See stats for the Rhinoceros, Pygmy Rhino, War Rhino, Pygmy War Rhino, and the rare Gnomish Pygmy War Rhino. Trample and Charge see some use.

[Shock Top] Spiced Pumpkin Ale @ 5.2% in a 341ml Brown Bottle

It pours like a cream yet has very little head. The colours swirl between an opaque orange and an almost translucent yellow. There is an almost imperceptible smell of malt and pumpkin. The first drink is so very smooth and creamy with just a light dab of bitterness. The pumpkin is subtle and the flavours of this fine ale feather your tongue in the same swirling manner as it sits in the glass. After viewing the visibly violent bubbles as it stands, you will be surprised how unnoticeable they are when this ale slides down your gullet. The thick creaminess has a stunningly light body.

[Block 3] Sugar Bush Brown Ale @ 4.8%

[Block 3]Sugar Bush Brown Ale @ 4.8% in a 1.89L brown bottle

There is a deep red with a slight orangish tinge to this almost opaque ale. A pour reveals very little head and lends a singular sweet scent.

The first sip tells you that the carbonation level is high and the flavour pierces your tongue quickly leaving very little aftertaste. After the first sip, it mellows to a pleasantly mild flavoured ale.

Ə - Charge and Trample

Charge: A Charge is a specific type of attack made by horned and tusked monsters, like minotaurs, elephants, and Giant Wild Boars. When Charged, the opponent receives d1 Damage per Point of Success of the attack and must make a Warrior Resist vs. the Degree of Success of the Charge or be tossed into the air, whereupon the Charge continues, gaining a cumulative +1 bonus to the attack and damage. As long as the attack continues to be successful and the victim keeps failing the Resist, the damage continues. All attacks on a Charge are part of a single Turn.
